Was apparently regarding an 'accident'. Caller stated abruptly "when did you have your accident?" before I even fully answered. I said to them I didn't catch what they said, "We're calling to confirm your accident?", to which I said "No. No accident". They said "Okay bye" and abruptly hung up. Started with "Can you hear me OK" I ask "Who is this?" "I am phoning for a company supplying hand sanitiser ... " (or something similar like that) I hung up as he (male, english accent) probably wanted me to say yes to the first question. Did not phone back.
