Fraud - claimed to be NHS track & trace. I asked the lady where she was calling from. She said Edinburgh. So I asked her to name the 3 bridges crossing the Firth of Forth. She said "North bridge, South bridge and I don't know". Really, that was her answer! Ha ha ha.

Called yesterday 19Aug by a women with a very strong Asian accent. She wanted me to turn on my computer as BT had requested her to help me with my router, that was showing a fault, and she could talk me through the repair. I ve been getting calls from these scammers for close on 6 months now, quite often twice a day. I tried reporting them to BT s nuisance call bureau and they tried to sell me a phone that block international calls!!! It s strange how BT outsources a lot of it s services to India , (BT customer services, etc) and the scamming calls are also coming from India? I ve even had one of these scammers say he was with BT Internet, instead of the usual "I m from Windows services" or "I m from Microsoft Windows service
