I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. Found this number on my phone, I don't know who keeps calling me from Uckfield , this is not the first time they have rang my mobile.

Unallocated number so definitely a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. They ransom dial number...

Southwest water advising via a sms messaging that there is a problem with water in area, Do not help themselves as say message comes from another number, speak so fast it is impossible to get it down, abd also the website sounds like it is Luigi something, had 3 calls one recorded second one they didnt play message and third i managed to listen to,,some credibility as no water for nearly 6hours today

This is a marketing call from a 'Neways' rep. They sell very good products for home and health which are very safe to use, but they are expensive.

I answered without saying anything and within 2 seconds line went dead.

Just received a call from 07412 617374, it is a pre recorded message claiming to be from HMRC saying that there is an outstanding investigation against me regarding my NI number...

I am sick to death of the daily calls from this number all times of day no message left etc I have found out it is a sky number based in Cardiff but do not answer or call back getting really sick of it now need to find out how to block this number it s a nuisance especially as I am already with sky! Not by choice but automatically transferred from O2.

I have now logged a total of 28 calls in the last month at all hours of the night and morning, same as previous replies to this post, just a nuisance, have now registered my landline to TPS and will lodge a complaint with them about this

I ve been getting calls from these scammers for close on 6 months now, quite often twice a day. I tried reporting them to BT s nuisance call bureau and they tried to sell me a phone that block international calls!!! It s strange how BT outsources a lot of it s services to India , (BT customer services, etc) and the scamming calls are also coming from India? I ve even had one of these scammers say he was with BT Internet, instead of the usual "I m from Windows services" or "I m from Microsoft Windows service
