Called to say that my existing policy was due for renewal and they could provide a cheaper solution. They asked be to confirm my personal details. I asked them to tell me who my existing policy is with and they couldn't tell me.
My phone has tried several times to call this number automatically. I don't know how this is possible but I have premium rate calls barred on my account.
