I phoned the number back& it was answered by a female with a Liverpudlian accent, who repeatedly mumbled the company name,but I eventually got it out of her. She said Our records show that you may have been involved an a minor accident in the last 2.5 years and may have suffered an injury. I told her that I had not. I know this myself because I work there.. we only ask questions to do with your current account because we need you to confirm it, meaning we already now it. Still don t believe me?..
