Called and posed as BT. Wanted me to download things from a link. Wanted to know what I used the internet for. Wanted to refund me for loss of service. Wanted my bank details. Asked again 2 or 3 times after I refused. Gave this number as a number to call b
Caller saying that utility paperwork had not been returned. Would not confirm which utility company and rang off when I asked for more details. Definitely a scam call.
Rang for seconds and when I answered, the number hung up. When I tried to call it it was permanently engaged.

I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager.
