a message was left on my voicemail by this number actually talking to another caller the calls must have crossed at exactly the same time so I recorded their call. It was an Asian voice stating they were from the Government Grants Office and we were obviously both entitled! Don`t answer to this phone call. They just want sell you the insurance for replace/repair. But i think if the item you reveice is broken you can replace it too for free.
