Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. Said she was calling from BT open reach about my internet being hacked. Said she would not ask for any personal or bank details. Asked if I had given my internet password to anyone outside my house. I kept asking her for her details but she then asked me if I had a mobile phone. I knew she was scamming and asked her to shut up for one moment and she then said and you shut up two and then she hung up. This would have been dangerous if I had let her download any app or software to my phone
