During that time I have had numerous calls from people selling PPI reclaims, claims for accidents I did not actually have (!), a wine investment company a property investment company, and other calls, all of which sounded like scams or telesales speople. This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Just block it or block the range, I have been using the mobile application from these pages, works fine, no problems. Blocked

My phone has a spam alert, so numbers like this go unanswered. Be safe only ever answer a number you know, unless it us an unknown number, as it could very well be a hospital or government department trying to contact you. Most hospital or government departments use a switch board and have to dial a prefix to access an outside line. In that case you will not get the number that is trying to call. If a caller with holds a number then it should go unanswered.
