This number has tried calling me several times in the last couple of weeks; this is the first time I've answered as I didn't recognise the number but suspected it to be a nuisance or unsolicited call. A liverpudlian sounding female asked for me by name and then said "it's about your accident in the last 2 and a half years, is that correct"? I Have noticed a unauthorised payment for ?2.99 for intouch investment aka supanet from my account - i had supanet as my isp about 6 years ago and had a direct debit from them for a different amount going out each month i find it unbelievable after all this time they can take money out of my bank account without any authorisation from me i will try and contact them tomorrow on 0800 915 8186 which is the freephone number for supanets billing department
