This number does not exist. But it shows on a phone as existing when it rings you. Not to be trusted I believe.

DON'T SPEAK if you don't recognise the number - JUST LISTEN, wait for them to speak first. SPAM called today said, (Asian called Jack! Lol) T-Mobile- explained my number was recorded with TPS and all incoming calls are recorded and monitored. After saying it a second time caller still persisted in talking, after me asking what the TPS meant to him he hung up. Number blocked.

This is a scam. They claim to be calling from DHL about an unpaid import duty charge but they haven’t even got the right amount! I’d already had an email from DHL a few days earlier. Didn’t ask for payment over the phone but sent an email. What bothers me is that they had my home phone number, my email address (the payment link was in a very poorly constructed fake email from ‘George Spofforth’) & the DHL waybill number. Serious data breach going on here.
