SCAM Fraud - Said they were from Sky offering refund because of issues with phone and internet- We don't have any sky package and the person had quoted the family name but were sketchy with first name and even misspelt it when I was pushing who they wanted to talk to and then they hanged up when I said it was a scam call.

SCAM message received 14/02/24 appearing in same text message thread that I receive from Lloyds Bank. It provides a one-time passcode for a purchase that I had not made to FENDI LTD. It tells me to contact them on 03333392763 if I had NOT made the purchase. I did not call them, instead I contacted the fraud dept. of Lloyds Bank. Scan call saying that they were from my bank and that over £300 had been taken out of my account to pay Amazon. I immediately, put the phone down and checked my balance. This was alot of rubbish. Advice ignore or report but do not respond or do anything else.

Cold call. Chris. Friendly but persistent for a free survey for loft insulation saying the insulation we have could cause condensation and damp. Declined their invitation, looked online to find the number was from Reading, then at "Wokingham Borough Council News." to find "WARNINGS OF LOFT INSULATION SCAMMERS".
