Telemarketing Calls multiple times a day to sell phone contracts.
SPAM/SCAM Over the last 4 days have had 2 calls a day from the same Manchester auto caller, just the last 3 numbers changed each call. Shows it’s from the same caller system. Have called back at the start of it but goes to electronic sound. Advice toy you if you see these numbers 01615202… then don’t answer and block it.
SCAM message received 14/02/24 appearing in same text message thread that I receive from Lloyds Bank. It provides a one-time passcode for a purchase that I had not made to FENDI LTD. It tells me to contact them on 03333392763 if I had NOT made the purchase. I did not call them, instead I contacted the fraud dept. of Lloyds Bank. Had I called the number in the text, it is likely they could have accessed money from my account. SCAM

I used him to check if my info actually was leaked and then I rejected the transaction and cancelled my card lol. Pretty funny call, although dangerous to those who aren’t very IT literate. I was their customer 2 years ago but then found out from another broker (when I switched life policy) what they promised me will never going to happen, like having life policy till age of 80 etc., so seems they are set on selling only, not advising correctly. SCAM - Claiming I ordered an iPhone 13 through Amazon, decided to play along. He requested that I put him on speaker phone so he could run through filling a form in. Asked for him to send it through email, he said I (as in myself) am not authorised for email, whatever that means. I queried again that I assume I will be notified through email, and for some reason continued to state I am not authorised. I can't believe the guy actually thought I would enter a random URL in to fill in a form, must be nuts!

Fraud - I think. A male with I think and Asian accent called from this number. He asked for me by name and said he was calling from Microsoft then asked if I was the main user of the computer in my hone. I asked "Which Computer is that then?" and he hung up. Another number check site has lots of people checking this number and it appears to be from various different places so I think it must be an attempt to access a persons computer or something like that.

This number called twice today. The man claims to be from a mobile phone company that works with my operator. Offers better deals. and need my details, and my contract details and when I asked why he's not taking data from the screen he admitted that my details are not there and he is calling with a completely different company. Clearly scammers and it's better not to talk to this number.

Claims to be from EE promotions, I thought it was true as I did recently ask EE to call me as I was in the realm for an upgrade.
