False HMRC spam Don't answer, block

Claimed to be from Amazon security and wax saying someone was try to spend £700 on my account and asked for my banking info. Immediately very suspicious as sure Amazon would not do this.

Says it's from revenue n customs automated message. Joke had this message several times. HMRC do not ring you.

SCAM Received a call this morning, they claimed to be Amazon saying they had taken £3,000 from my account. Good luck with that! I told them that I didn't mind and that Amazon can have every penny that I own, then put the phone down.

Text Claimed to be from DPD and asked me to follow a link to provide extra contact details for 'delivery' of a parcel which I wasn't expecting. Suspect a scam. I did not reply.

Claims to be from EE promotions, I thought it was true as I did recently ask EE to call me as I was in the realm for an upgrade. The number 0731519223 rang me at 6.30pm Australian time & the caller used some very nasty language ie "You are nothing but a f-----g c--t" over & over numerous times. This s not acceptable in this day & age. I am male & I am so glad my wife didn't answer the phone & be subjected to such filth.

This was an automated call about a charge for Amazon Prime membership that had expired. I don't currently have an Amazon Prime membership, so this was almost certainly a scam call.

Claimed to be from Vodafone. Said a SIM swap had been requested and wanted to check this was correct. I said it was not correct. He then said he suspected my account had been hacked and that he would sent an SMS with a code which I had to read to him. The SMS came from Vodafone and had a code with text reading 'this code gives access to your account, do not share it'. The caller was a scammer and wanted access to my account. I hung up.
