This is a company called "Next Step Money" based in Hull England, they claim to help you recover any unnecessary PPI charges back from your creditors, they are not the most professional company out there, I would recommend blocking them on your phone as they will harass you every day and try to force you in to doing business with them as they tried with my dad.
