An Asian caller soon transferred me to a guy in Brighton making an illegal call to charge me an extortionate amount for 3 years cover after the warranty has expired on a washing machine that I've never owned. These UK centres should be closed down and fined by our "caring" system.

Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

Told me I should think before I speak and also that I wasn't listening to him. He had my name and address - so, he said, where would he have got them if I hadn't registered with them. I said he had stolen them. I am not a thief he shouted. Hung up and blocked the call immediately.
