I was on phone when this number called.Rang back American recorded voice stated I had wrong extension.

Have been charged for 11 calls to this number in one day and 4 calls earlier in June. I have not made these calls and have reported it to BT but they can t do anything about it until after my next bill in September.

As with previous comments, they asked for email address of person in charge of our service to send documents to. I told them they should already have it, they hung up.
