Next day rang again to book hearing Test with no record of me By now l am suspicious l rang them and asked them to bring up my details on their computer but couldn t do that because they were using the phone. I rang again and asked them where they were, they said Carlisle, l told them the last time l rank this number they were in Derby. reply was sorry sir

I contacted them that I have dealt with PayPal directly as they are not trustworthy and it is not my problem if PayPal did not inform them. Today they left me a voice message calling me a b * t c h. I have had a number of missed calls from this number and decided to check it out online, as when I call it back there is no voicemail and it just disconnects. I know realise it s another company asking me to make a claim. I have had numerous calls from these company s. And have told them all I cannot claim. I am annoyed at aviva insurance for giving out my contact details .

Sounded like a call centre. Name of Kayley with a London accent. About extending warranty on my washing machine. My correct name and address was quoted but no specifics regarding make or when washing machine was bought. She didn't identify which agency she represented.
