I bellowed "Hello" loudly enough to burst the caller s eardrums, and that put an end to it. The number used by these criminals, who want me to allow them to infect my computer, was as fictitious as the previous one had been.

Recorded message from a woman with an American accent pretending to be calling from HMRC, telling us or our solicitors to call her back or face legal action if we ignore the call. The call was made from the phone number she was telling you to call back on.

2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.

However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. I have received six calls from this number today about my computer, 17th June 2015, poor English, couldn t make out much of what he was saying. Each time I put the phone down he called me back, had to take it off the hook. He said there was something wrong with my router, very persistant.
