Could barely make out what the guy was saying in heavily accented English but sounded like UK Preference and said he wanted to ask marketing questions. Was at work so didn't proceed to give him the 60 seconds he requested.
This number is probably a scam as it would appear to come from Russia. Call hung up when we answered. Annoying and potentially dangerous.
