Came up as a missed call with an 01793 in from - when I attempted call back it dialled this number so I cut it off.
My 81 year old father was targeted and asked to insure his 4 year old Indesit washing machine. Unwittingly he set up a d.debit which he cancelled the next day, with the bank, when he realised he already had cover. He rang Appliance Serve and told them too, he was asked to put it in writing which he did. He is now getting calls about his non payment and they are threateneing court action as they said they hadn t received a phone call or letter. Total fraudsters targeting the elderly. #scammers

SCAM Call from a foreign gentleman with no control of the English language. He advised he was calling about a recent accident claim. I shouted I was frustrated by the length of time it took him to get back to me, his colleague contacted me several months ago, he apologised and asked me to confirm the nature of my accident. I explained it occured while driving on the M25 I heard an enormous explosion and had to swerve to avoid an oncoming attack by the North Korean Military headed by Kim Jung-un. He hung up.

Bloody annoying! I ve only answered once and haven t since but they call my number daily or a couple of times a week.
Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly.
