Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. Picked up, the line was silent and then started ringing as though I had called the number (I get the feeling this is a reverse charges scam) Someone picked up on the other end after 1 ring said my name then hung up. Number is being blocked - be careful!

Had a phone call from them today, as they would not tell me what the call was about I refused to give personal details about myself to then be told I was being aggressive and that they would continue to call. I ve asked for them to contact me by post in future.

Did not recognise this number but a previous tellows report mentioned the name Baxi and as I have an appointment with an engineer from that company I called the number. Unfortunately the call nformed me that the engineer s appointment to was delayed by two days!
