This is Darlington borough council, not a scam
It's all legit. I received a text from direct line about a recent phone call I had with them which is correct and they wanted me to rate it. I was planning on replying with excellent feedback as it was 10's all round but now my nice feedback is not going to be known about.
Received calls from this number and 01156470868 within minutes of each other; neither produced an response from the caller when answered. Annoying! Blocked both for my sanity and peace from telemarketers, frauds and scammers. Hopefully the 'Cold-calling; legislation comes in soon!
