Rehan Ali was recommended and everything went through smoothly. I did get confused with accessing my account as I tried to do it through British Gas online, who kept saying they did not have a record of me, eventually I twigged that I access the account through Britishgaslite.co.uk not British Gas. We are now waiting for a smart meter to be fitted. I have been given a date and a time rather than a day or half day slot, I just need to see if they turn up, but so far 5 star rating.

The person they asked for died almost 8 years ago. So their list is out-of-date. The person seemed to be promoting a "government scheme" the name of which they could not spell when I asked them - possibly did not understand the word "spell". When asked where they were they said "Birmingham" but could not tell me which Birmingham they meant or what the weather was like there, the extra information seemingly something they were not permitted to disclose. They cut the call as they were getting nowhere with me.
