Silent call nuisance again

Called regarding the car accident I or a person at this address had been in in the last two years. Hung up when I asked which address she was calling regarding.

This number has been calling for month, plus this number has been ringing me sometimes right after each other and it is a nuisance sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. Sometimes I answer this number by accident and recently I asked them to stop ringing and take my number off their list, which has never happened as they refused to do so. Basically these foreign cold callers are trying to get you to make a claim against your bank. What they are trying to saying on the phone, if you have ever had a bank account, they
