Have had this number on my mobile numerous times over the previous weeks mostly in evenings.Getting really annoying now.
Supposed customer care call making enquiries about a car accident I had over two years previous.
Report this as fraud to the phishing email for the real HMRC. It is disgraceful.

After my repeated requests for what details they had of some car accident in the past three years on the grounds that I need to contact the Police about fraud. The caller claimed they received the data from LV and hung up. Of course it is fraud. I don't drive. They are using data outside the scope of the DPA and I am sure that if 'One Legal' were any sort of insurer or legal practitioner, their professional body would love to hear the details too.
