This number called my son yesterday and today; he's only 18 and new to all this so yesterday he brought the phone down to me to talk to them. As soon as I said "Can I help you" they hung up. Before that, they said they were O2, asked how he was, then asked if he was over 18 and in the UK. Now if they genuinely were O2, they would surely have the answers to those questions already. Tried calling me when I was in the middle of work (I knew it wasn t from anyone I know, because they know that I d be unable to get to my phone during working hours). Tried calling to check and all I got was an automated response telling me that I d need to wait before an agent can pick up my call. I instantly hung up because I knew I was gonna be charged for no legit reason. How those douchebags got my number, I have no idea.
