phoned at 2300hrs. thought it was someone in trouble

We have been charged by BT 7 times since January. I contacted BT in April, who insisted we made the calls. We don t know who this persons is, have never called them. Eventually they said they would take it up with Complaints. Nothing heard. Our latest BT bill shows two payments for this number - about to complain yet again. Is it significant that the calls are always 24p.

"Knightsbridge Business Services". I have had calls from this company before regarding "selling my business" Google the company name for more!

This sounded like an Indian call centre claiming to be from my internet provider regarding faults on my line. Clearly a scam as he hesitated quite a bit when i asked who he was calling from. The number is not recognised if you re-dial it,

(which is only shown on electoral roll)The caller (male) was unprofessional telling me I have had a loan refused and am struggling with debt- UNTRUE on both accounts, he was bordering on being very rude so I cut short the call.
