SCAM - Number sends a text claiming to be HSBC and warning of account access from a new device along with a fraudulent link.

01343542708 called my house phone, a man with an Asian/Indian accent spoke about the problems I was having with my BT broadband, I told him I wasn’t with BT and having no problems with my broadband. While I was answering the phone Hung Up, very ignorant and alarming! Unsure if it was scam, spam, telemarketing, or what?
Call continuously :/ I say hello and nothing. Let the silence hang and 5+ seconds later they hang up. Very annoying.

Claimed to be postcode lottery. I apparently won a prize and they had my name and asked to confirm my sort code and account number also. I was able to find information from the postcode lottery website that was very helpful and when I challenged the caller, they hung up. Please be aware, as this seems likely to be a scam. I’ve never signed up for the postcode lottery, so couldn’t have won anything from them.
