TAXES / HMRC States that an arrest warrant has been issued in your name due to avoidance of taxes etc.. I believe this to be a scam call, which I am totally sick to the back teeth of. Number has been blocked on several occasions but somehow manages to get back through.

Scam text purporting to be from British Gas saying they have made an appointment for me. I did not respond but then had several texts on the day they said the appt had been made saying they were on their way but might be late! No-one turned up I'm pleased to say. I didn't click any links so don't know what the scam is about - probably an information phishing expeditiion - but it is very clever and needs to be exposed.

If I didn’t press a number to be connected I woukd soon be arrested. Obviously pressing any key will incur huge charges or they will try to get you to give personal information etc. My number is really private so I wonder just who sold it to these scammers?
