The guy just went straight into a script, no explanation of why he was calling or what the company were about. I put the phone down, "Grants" and Windows were mentioned.

Silent calls 2 times in one morning. Their answering service says "sorry no reply"

They keep ringing! Managed to get some basic info from me but I don't want to make a claim. NOBODY WAS HURT! They don't care but I won't lie... I hate ambulance ...

A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. The annoying thing is that I m on the Telephone Preference List of people who should *NOT* be contacted by telemarketers. Unfortunately, it doesn t seem to have worked in this case. A chap called Liam called to speak to me about my recent road accident. Interesting, although I ve been in no such accident. This is the 7th or 8th time receiving calls like this. I d love to know where they are getting their information from.
