SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Keep calling using new numbers. Have told them on repeated calls to remove my number from database. Number gained through a solar inquiry 4 years ago. have now imformed them if company rings again I will invoice company £100 plus VAT for each call they make to me. I will then take them to small claims court if they do not pay.

This number has just called the home phone and spoken to my partner. My partner had filled out some online surveys recently which was about gaining free samples etc. This was mentioned over the call and then offered him £20 worth of petrol or diesel vouchers, but would need his bank details over the phone to pay for postage.
