Said they were from the Review Team. Wanted to know all about my PERSONAL insurance. Didn't want to know about any I had with my work. Definitely scamming for something. Wouldn't give me any information from their end, not even their phone number. However, on phoning back I get through to what sounds like a call centre. All very Indian operated I would say.

SCAM - wish I had seen the other message on here sooner. We were scammed by this number trying to buy a puppy from ‘Pets4Homes’ by someone referring to themselves as ‘Marcel’. Do NOT engage with them, they are fraudsters. The person on the other end of the phone has a strong Scottish accent - BEWARE. This has been reported to Action Fraud and the Police so they will hopefully be caught.

Not a day goes by without a moron calling from this number and asking to speak to a Mr Green. The same person calls on a different number if you block the number they are calling from. They are of course cretins who have little understanding of the simple English word "NO". I leave the phone off the hook and let the idiot babble on at No expense to me . BEWARE...I rang this number thinking it was my local Nat West branch. I just wanted to transfer some money but this was their call centre and I was charged the princely sum of £4.43 on my phone bill for the privilege. Part of this goes to Bt and the rest to Nat West. Never again.

Oh dear I m not the only one. had £79.99 taken from my account today. I am unemployed at the moment and the promise of a £20.00 fuel voucher for answering a survey was very attractive. What can be done? has anyone managed to get their money back?
