Don't know who it was, but the message is about Apple pay being suspended, and a link to reactivate it. Issue is I don't have apple pay
This was from a rude and abusive man with very poor English who claimed he was from carphone warehouse and when I said I wasn't interested he said he was also a police officer and was going to find out where I lived and beat me up, he was screaming abuse at me. This was entirely unprovoked as I am a very polite pensioner who never shouts and swears, I would recommend everyone to do as I have done and block this number.
Asked if I was feeling good today - I replied “no” and the call immediately ended - hahahaha - they are scammy scumbags
Received a call but then it gets cut off, its from 02038597401 the man explains its from Passport Office. Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. Claim to be form Financial Services Authority and there is a frozen account in my name, a bitcoin account. Want to transfer funds back to me and close the account. I haven't invested in bitcoin so told them to trace where money came from and pay it back to that account. So obvious that it is a scam to get your bank details.
