Asked if I was acccount holder & what colour was on my router & didnt seemed fazed when I said purple ( u don't get purple lights ) was an Indian man on the phone. I hung up have no clue if sky or not but my guess was SCAM

Possible scam. Women said she was from Amazon and they'd noticed unusual activity on my Mum's account. Told her to press 1 if she hadn't bought something for £700. Mum was suspicious, rang off, got the number by dialing 1471 then rang it back. Women who answered refused to give her name and said she hadn't called Mum and didn't work for a company.
