Kate from save you money, I replied I had TPS. She said it was just a few questions to help stop me receiving unwanted calls. I replied that I had registered for TPS for that, & this call was in breach. With that, she gave up. I have now added this number

Unallocated number so definitely a scam. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Ignore it or block the number...
