Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose. I am waiting for an appointment to go for radiotherapy in Bristol so I was keen to answer the phone, but it went dead as I answered I then tried redial using 1471 option 3, as I was anxious but the number came up as I’ll obtainable so its obviously a spam call which was very annoying
