I can see this is a number in a bank of numbers (I.e. only last 2 digits change) that a few people have received calls from, my guess it's a call centre/marketer buying a local set of numbers.

As with an earlier comment, the number called (and its number was shown on my phone), they left no message and the number does not accept calls in return.
Fraud COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC INVESTIGATIONS took money of us by claiming they had details of illegal transactions relating to businesses that owe us money. It turns out those businesses are their other client's debtors too and they use their private data illegally. Unfortunately we fell for this scam and paid. The Police let them get away with it as civil matter. The Courts are our only hope.
