I called the help line 0800 085 095, of Santander my mortgage provider from my landline to make enquiries about the final payment of my mortgage. I was transferred to another line where it was suggested that I could make the final payment immediately by cards associated with my account. However the respondent was only able to give me the last 4 figures of two cards (one of which is discontinued) and asked me to enter the complete number via my keypad. I WAS SUSPICIOUS OF THIS OF THIS REQUEST and asked for a
Fraud. Unkown caller. GHot as far as telling me a criminal investigation had been raised and I hung up.

Called asking if I had been in an accident, said it was being dealt with by insurance and then rapidly put through to a supervisor (so ignored my reply), this person was blatantly overseas and I told them the same, that it is being dealt with, so he just cut me off! Told both of them I was busy at work, but they did not listen - should have just hung-up! RUDE MORONS
