It is a PPI claims company. They were very persistant when I spoke to them. I asked them to stop calling, but they have continued. Blocking the mumber is complicated by the fact that they use several lines, so the last 4 digits keep changing.

01986684739 Caller (Paul Smith) with a very strong indian accent, claimed to be from Virgin Media technical team - did not do any security. Asked me what colour light was on WiFi box. I asked him why no security? He said he was regulated by OFCOM and not allowed to take any personal details. He claimed to have my service record number, all his calls are recorded, the call would not cost me anything and was calling to help me with issues with my internet that have flagged up on their system and malware. Apparent unsolicited mortgage marketing call. They identified themselves as "Mortgage Review". Refused to answer my questions about who they were and what they wanted and why they had called, insisting I should identify myself first. They then tried to get me to put my wife on the line, becoming more and more irate. I would expect legitimate callers to identify themselves and their business before demanding information.
