This is safe to answer, my card details needed updating for my insurance to take the renewal payment. If I hadn't answered my insurance would of expired without me knowing.
Well, this number is related to the RSPCA - check them at http://www.rspca.org.uk/home - but this number is used by a global call centre working for multiple charities, and the bad thing is that they share the database of numbers, so can call you not only in the name of RSPCA then... Probably I will block this number, it became just a nuisance...
