This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Had a couple of calls from these guys now, they describe themselves as a crime prevention unit but are nothing more than an advertising company, after 10 mins of them telling me they needed my help to name and shame illegal tradesmen I asked if they were anything to do with the police or actual crime prevention at all, at that point the guy got a bit nasty and I ended the call. Avoid.
