An Asian male going by the name of "Mark Bradford" rang is claiming our broadband was going to be disconnected due to suspicious stuff happening on our homehub. He gave me a BT identification number and the phone number to their call centre, when I informed him I was going to verify his credentials, he told me to ring via mobile and that if we hang up the landline, he'll disconnect the Internet then hung up. Told me his name was Vitali and he was calling because i had a problem with my router and that i would need to swap to a talk talk one (I m not with talk talk). He tried to get me to do stuff on my computer and told me it was full of errors. Not very happy when I called him out on it. He gave me Virgin Media s sales number when i asked him for his number as i didnt believe him. But 1471 told me he called from this number. Watch out.
