Crazy scam with an Asian guy trying to bamboozle me with tech-speak. Told me my ip address had been made public and should be switched back to private. I asked him to confirm my IP address 'so I could be sure we were talking about the same connection'. He said no one had my IP address. I asked him for a phone number to call back on and he hung up. Total scam - I don't even have BT broadband.

Very professional.I was angry at them at first as I thought it was a Scam Cold Call. But they handled the call very well. Then I was transferred to a Senior Debt Consultant who explained the program to me in detail. I am just awaiting the papers so that I can sign up with them and start leading a stress free life. BEWARE THIS NUMBER IS DANGEROUS AND A SCAM! Female Indian Voice with the usual "How are you today Sir? Then continues with I am phoning from Virgin Technical Department to advise that you have an internet problem....." [I'm not even on Virgin but decided to kid her along anyway and waste as much of her time as possible]. She then tries to make me log into my computer - which I PRETENDED to do, trying to waste as much of her time as possible..... eventually she became annoyed and hung up!
