female caller, Pearl something services, wouldn't answer my questions and apparently had info that i'd been in an accident in the last 5 years and then in the same breath asked me to confirm whether that was correct.
This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with Solar Panels. Blocked it.

I was called on this number at 9.30am today advising me that my Amazon order had been charged to my credit card. I may be wrong but I am not aware that Amazon had opened a depot in Orpington-tried to call the number back but it was blocked. Yet another scammer preying on people. What can be done to close these scams down-surely BT or OFCOM must be able to trace the number to an address and the take action against them.
