This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. In fact, ASSOC will do nothing useful at all - they will then want you to install a remote control program so they can "fix" your computer, whereas what will happen is that they will steal your details, banking etc., and/or install ransomware which locks you out of your computer
