Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16043109xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident claims, PPI, financial management (loans/debts) - just usual stuff. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Fraudsters claiming to be "Rapid Advice Specialists" who had obtained my number from "the Traffic Accident Department" (!) which keeps, so they claimed, a record of all road accidents in the UK (!) First part of the call came from a robotic voice-recording of a woman calling herself "Mollie Nelson of Rapid Advice Specialists". This no. has called a few times but always hangs up and no-one speaks. Really fed up with these calls and all other nuisance calls. Not working at the moment and some days get up to a dozen calls from this type of number and International and withheld ones.
