Do not answer their "security questions". It could be a scammer, who will happily sell your information on. Like any other debt collection agency, everything should be in WRITING.

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. When they call you can hear a nuisance in the background, classical open space... Nuisance call for me.

I suspect this call relates to an old car accident and a desire to either harrass me because I would not follow through with a claim, which I felt was dishonest, or that my number has been sold on.
