SPAM call kept saying I had been in an accident, I asked what company they were calling from and it went quiet. They carried on asking about an accident, again I asked what the company name was and it went quiet so I hung up.

SCAM I have had three calls from this number today, and at least that number over the last few weeks. It purports to be from amazon, and opens by congratulating me on my amazon purchase. It goes on to say " if you did not make this purchase.......". I cannot say what the remainder of the message is, because at that juncture I terminate the call. The offending number is 07388730907; it is registered in the Russian Federation, and I can think only that it is an attempted scam.

There are some dodgy people going around London fixing stickers to peoples doorbells and front doors that say "24/7 LOCKSMITH 07379 253 353". There have been news reports that these type of stickers are used by criminals to identify which properties can later be burgled. This may or may not be the case with these stickers but any locksmith that advertises by sticking stickers on other peoples property without permission, are untrustworthy in my book. Standard call from someone asking me about a crash I apparently had. As usual, I acted as though the call was expected and asked them to hold the line whilst I went to get my book which has all the details relating to the incident in it. They waited 7 and a half minutes before hanging up - not even close to the record of 23 minutes. Poor efford. 4/10.
