Very poor line. A caller with a strong Indian accent claimed to be calling from BT claiming that somebody had been using my internet connection without my permission. I have had various calls of this nature from other numbers recently, one of them asking for remote access to my computer. They hung up when I told them that I had recently checked the hub admin screen and had seen no evidence of misuse.

Called me regarding minor accident. The caller had Indian accent. I told her that how she found out that I had an accident with laugh. She told me that why I was funny! I told her that I didn't have any accident and she put off the phone in rude manner.

When asked when the accident happened they say 'in the last few years' and when asked for the address of the company they only say 'South West London'. When I said that we were registered with the Telphone Preference Service and the unsolicited call was illegal and could they add the number to their Do Not Call list, they hung up
